Individual psychotherapy is a custom made, collaborative process when working with me. Through my extensive training as a psychologist, I have an integrative orientation to psychotherapy that encompasses CBT, psychodynamic, attachment theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation-based interventions to help you meet your goals for treatment. My understanding and connection to a client is vital to successful treatment. Building a safe therapeutic environment for you to feel seen and heard is a top priority in my practice. Sessions are being conducted virtually only at this time.
